Five American Muslim athletes participate in a panel discussion about navigating their sports careers while being firmly rooted in their Islamic religious and cultural beliefs and morals. The current lineup includes:
- Bernard Hopkins, the former middleweight world boxing champion
- Ibtihaj Muhammad, an American sabre fencer, a member of the United States fencing team, and the first Muslim American woman to wear a hijab while earning a medal for the USA
- Stephen Jackson, Former NBA player
- Ahmad Ibrahim, martial artist
- Dalila Muhammad, 400m hurdles Gold Medal Winner at the Tokyo Olympics
"We are committed to presenting a festival whose performers and organizers are as racially and ethnically diverse as the great metropolis they call home. And as a consequence of this goal of diversity, all events at the Festival will be available without tickets, so that all who visit one of the many Festival venues can do so for free."
